Great Exuman Island, Bahamas

A newly constructed home on a special Caribbean Island is the creation and design of John Hatley. An exceptional project designed to appear as an estate home with two separate structures under one roof and connected by an interior lanai and by a glass walkway on the second floor. A unique floating staircase is a focal point of the living area. Created for the client’s casual luxury living in a vacation home, contemporary furnishings and accessories were designed taking full advantage of the beautiful views of the Exuma Sound.
