This new construction home features incredible indoor and outdoor living areas. The exterior entrance is treated as an Italian courtyard featuring a wall mounted console, hand painted corbels, mirror and antiques Venetian pendant lights. John Hatley created the Italian wall painting. The pool lanai area is the essence of the Florida lifestyle that seamlessly connects the indoor and outdoor living. The interior furnishings are sophisticated and include special appointments created for the project. Custom area rugs, stained glass windows and the living room art screen add to the personalized interiors.
